Besides the analysis of dynamics of the main medical-demographic official indices (I block of research), we focused also on the study of prenatal mortality indices, as more sensitive indicator of the obstetrician level, also social-economic conditions (II block). The revealed general tendencies seemed to us in dissonance with those activities, which were carried out in the system of healthcare. That is the result why the necessity of conducting III block of research emerged (evaluation of knowledge in the sphere of medical insurance.) The research exposed exogen character of negative tendencies of health, what gives as hope of remising the existing situation. If the problems of women in Georgia and also in the countries of the similar tendencies are paid much attention to, the ways of their solutions can be found as well.
